Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ABC Hypnobirthing!

Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions before booking or attending a course. By booking a class with ABC Hypnobirthing, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Information
1.1 ABC Hypnobirthing is operated by Jenna Holder Gilmour, a certified Hypnobirthing practitioner and birth educator, offering antenatal and Hypnobirthing classes in Shropshire.
1.2 All courses are designed to educate, empower, and support expectant parents through their pregnancy and birth journey.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis
2.2 Booking and full payment is required via my booking system on Baluu .
2.3 Once payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking and course information.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Our main aim is to reschedule your course however if this isn’t possible a full or partial refund may be given.
3.2 Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date will receive a full refund.
3.3 Cancellations made before 14 days of the course will receive a partial refund and cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable, unless under extreme circumstances. 
3.4 In the unlikely event that ABC Hypnobirthing needs to cancel a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a different course date.

4. Attendance and Participation
4.1 Courses are intended for both the birthing individual and their birth partner, but you are welcome to attend alone if preferred.
4.2 It is your responsibility to attend all scheduled sessions. Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled.
4.3 Please arrive on time for each session to ensure the class runs smoothly.

5. Health and Safety
5.1 It is your responsibility to inform Jenna of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy complications prior to the course.
5.2 ABC Hypnobirthing courses are not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider for specific medical concerns.
5.3 If you feel unwell or unable to attend a session due to illness, please inform Jenna as soon as possible.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All course materials, including handouts, recordings, and other resources, are the intellectual property of ABC Hypnobirthing and are provided for personal use only.
6.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any course materials without prior written consent.

7. Privacy Policy
7.1 ABC Hypnobirthing is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided during the booking process will be used solely for course administration and communication.
7.2 Your details will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Liability
8.1 While every effort is made to provide accurate and helpful information, ABC Hypnobirthing cannot guarantee specific outcomes and accepts no liability for any issues arising from the use of course content.
8.2 ABC Hypnobirthing is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during a course, except where caused by proven negligence.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1 ABC Hypnobirthing reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes prior to their course start date.
